You have built something real. The title, the business, the life that looks like success from the outside. But somewhere along the way, a quieter question started showing up. How do I become who I sense I am meant to be, without losing myself?

Maybe it shows up as identity friction, that unsettling sense of not quite recognizing yourself anymore. Maybe it is high functioning burnout and exhaustion, where everything looks fine but nothing feels sustainable. Or maybe you feel stuck with a growing gap between who you are on the outside and what is actually true for you on the inside. You know something needs to shift. You just don't have a clear, embodied way to get there.

This is where my work begins.

I coach through what I call the Alignment Triangle, an approach that integrates Mind, Body, and Spirit rather than treating personal growth as a purely mental exercise. Insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Real transformation happens when it moves through the nervous system and becomes something you actually live, not just something you understand.

We work through four stages together. Awareness, where we get honest about what is really happening beneath the surface. Regulation, where we build the nervous system capacity to hold change without collapsing into old patterns. Integration, where new insight becomes new behavior. And Embodiment, where the shift becomes simply who you are, not something you have to keep working at.

My approach is trained in coaching methodologies specific to identity work, nervous system regulation, and conscious leadership development, layered onto more than two decades of experience guiding entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives through exactly this kind of transformation. I do not offer generic frameworks. I offer a grounded, honest, and deeply human process for becoming who you already sense you are.
