As a Coach, I blend emotional and mental wellbeing with elevated consciousness, guiding visionary souls to move beyond limitation to embody the truth of who they really are, so that their success becomes aligned impact.
This work chose me long before I fully understood it. Over more than two decades of walking alongside people in their deepest moments of pain, breakthrough, and becoming, I discovered something that changed everything I thought I knew about healing and transformation. It is not just psychological. It is spiritual. It is somatic. It is sacred.
My work lives at the intersection of psychology, nervous system wisdom, and sacred embodiment.
