1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Shervon Laurice, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit shervonlaurice.com, complete a form or assessment, book a call, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Important Distinction Between Services

Shervon Laurice is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. However, the coaching services offered through this website, including the ELEVATE program and the Alignment Call, are coaching services, not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment.

Information you submit through this website is collected in a coaching and marketing context. It is not protected health information under HIPAA, it does not become part of a clinical record, and submitting it does not create a therapist-client relationship.

If you are or have been a psychotherapy client of Shervon Laurice in her clinical capacity, that relationship is governed by separate privacy notices and clinical records policies provided to you directly, not by this policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us

• Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide it

• Assessment responses: your answers to The Frequency Audit, including the statements you rate and the result generated from them

• Booking information: the date and time you select, your time zone, and any notes or answers you provide before a call

• Pre-call questionnaire responses: including free-text descriptions of your circumstances and goals

• Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence you send us

3.2 Information collected automatically

3.3 Sensitive self-reported information

The Frequency Audit and our pre-call questionnaire ask you to reflect on how you make decisions, where you feel depleted, and how you experience stress and obligation. These responses are personal and may feel sensitive.

We want to be direct about what happens to them. Your responses are stored in our customer relationship management system, are visible to Shervon Laurice and to authorized team members who support her business operations, and are used to personalize your experience and to prepare for conversations with you. They are not reviewed clinically, they are not diagnostic, and they are not shared with insurers, employers, or any other third party for that party's own purposes.

You are never required to complete an assessment or questionnaire in order to contact us.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may still send you transactional messages related to something you requested, such as booking confirmations and reminders, after you unsubscribe from marketing.

We do not send marketing SMS messages. If that changes, we will obtain separate express written consent before doing so.

We use or may use:

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on this website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
