Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August, 2026 Last Updated: August 10, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shervonlaurice.com and any related pages, forms, assessments, scheduling tools, and content operated by Shervon Laurice, LLC ("we," "us," "our").

By using this website, submitting a form, completing an assessment, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

You must be at least eighteen years old to use this website.

2. What This Website Is

This website provides information about coaching services, an educational self-assessment, a podcast, a community, and related offerings. All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Content on this site is not individualized advice. Reading it, completing the assessment, or listening to the podcast does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and Shervon Laurice.

3. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Shervon Laurice holds a license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. The services offered through this website are coaching services and are not psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment.

Specifically:

• Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

• Engaging coaching services does not create a therapist-client or counselor-client relationship

• Coaching is not covered by insurance and is not billed as a clinical service

• Coaching communications are not clinical records and are not protected by HIPAA

• Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, or medication management

If you are currently in treatment, we encourage you to discuss coaching with your treating provider. If, during the course of coaching, it becomes apparent that clinical care would better serve you, we may decline to continue the coaching relationship or may refer you elsewhere.

Any prior or existing clinical relationship with Shervon Laurice is separate from, and governed by different agreements than, these Terms.

4. The Frequency Audit

The Frequency Audit is a self-reflection tool provided for educational purposes only. It is not a clinical assessment, psychological test, diagnostic instrument, or screening tool, and it has not been clinically validated.

Your result describes a pattern you have self-reported. It is not a diagnosis, it does not identify a disorder or condition, and it should not be used to make decisions about your medical or mental health care.

5. Psychedelic Integration

Where psychedelic integration is referenced in connection with our services, it means preparation and integration support only: conversation and reflective work before or after an experience a person has had independently of us.

We do not, under any circumstances:

• Supply, sell, source, or provide any controlled substance

• Administer, dose, or supervise the use of any controlled substance

• Facilitate, host, arrange, or refer anyone to any experience involving a controlled substance

• Advise anyone to obtain or use any illegal substance

• Nothing on this website should be read as encouragement to violate any law.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own participation, circumstances, and choices. We make no guarantee of any particular result.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not typical, they are not average, and they are not a promise of what you will experience.

7. Health and Wellbeing

Our work may include practices related to breath, movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. These are offered as general educational practices and not as medical treatment.

You are responsible for your own health. Please consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new practice, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of trauma-related symptoms, or have any concern about whether a practice is appropriate for you. Participate at your own pace and discontinue anything that does not feel safe.

8. If You Are in Crisis

Nothing on this website is emergency care, and no one monitors this website for urgent messages.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States, or go to your nearest emergency room.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, copy, frameworks, assessments, program structures, names, logos, images, audio, and design, is owned by Shervon Laurice, LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

This includes, without limitation: the ELEVATE program and its structure and curriculum, The Frequency Audit including its questions, scoring, and results, the Alignment Triangle, the four-layer model of Awareness, Regulation, Integration, and Embodiment, and The Expansion Room name and content.

You may view this content and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, translate, sell, or use it to create derivative or competing materials without our prior written permission.

10. Programs and Separate Agreements

Enrollment in ELEVATE or any other paid program is governed by a separate written agreement provided at the time of enrollment. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the program agreement controls with respect to that program.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a coaching agreement. Enrollment is at our discretion.

11. Alignment Calls and Scheduling

The Alignment Call is a complimentary conversation to explore whether working together is a fit. It is not a coaching session and it is not clinical consultation.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled call, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline future bookings where calls are repeatedly missed without notice.

12. Payment and Refunds

No products or services are sold directly through this website. All paid programs, including ELEVATE, are governed by the separate written agreement provided at the time of enrollment, which contains the applicable payment, refund, and cancellation terms.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

• Submit false information or impersonate another person

• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users

This website links to third-party platforms, including podcast hosts, social media networks, scheduling tools, and community software. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shervon Laurice, LLC and Shervon Laurice individually from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for a period of at least thirty days.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The Last Updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of this website after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
